MOSCOW, Feb 10 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has lowered the yield guidance for up to 1 billion euros of 6-year Eurobonds to 1.625–1.75% from 1.75–1.875%, a financial source told PRIME on Wednesday.

Demand for the Eurobonds exceeds 1.75 billion euros, the source said.

On Tuesday, the company held a series of calls with investors devoted to the possible placement.

Gazprombank, J.P. Morgan, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, SMBC Nikko, and VTB Capital will act as organizers.
